Ingredients

cup white flour

teaspoon baking powder

tablespoon sugar

teaspoon salt

egg
1/2
cup evaporated milk
1/2
cup condensed milk
1/2
cup milk
1
tablespoon melted butter
Vanilla extract, to taste (optional)
Oil, for cooking the pancakes

    Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  • 2
    Add egg, evaporated milk, condensed milk, regular milk, butter and vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients while you heat up a frying pan or griddle.

    Use oil to lightly coat the surface of the frying pan and add a little of the pancake batter. Add enough batter until you have a pancake of the desired size.

    When it starts to bubble and the edges are dry, it’s time to flip. Cook on both sides and serve immediately.

Expert Tips

  • For thinner pancakes, add more milk to the batter.
  • You can sprinkle sugar over the pancakes or serve them with maple syrup.
