How to Make Flan
Peruvian Arroz con Pollo
cups Original Bisquick™ mix
Yoplait® Original strawberry yogurt, if desired
Sliced bananas, if desired
In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended. Stir in granola.
Brush griddle or skillet with vegetable oil, or spray with cooking spray; heat griddle to 375°F, or heat skillet over medium heat.
For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook other sides until golden brown. Top with additional granola, yogurt and bananas.
Granola is a combination of grains (mainly oats), nuts and dried fruits. Any flavor or type of granola will work well in this recipe.
This is an easy way to sneak a good-for-you grain into your child's breakfast and start the day in a healthful, hearty way.
