Our orange cumin gravy will add that perfect zing to your holiday meal. A touch of orange zest is added to the final gravy for a hint of citrus, while the cumin heightens the turkey flavor. Served warm over sliced turkey this gravy is sure to make an impression MORE + LESS -


tablespoons butter
cup flour
teaspoon cumin
cup orange juice
1 1/2
cups turkey or chicken broth
teaspoon orange zest
Salt and white pepper to taste

    Melt butter in saucepan over medium-high heat.

    Add flour, cumin stirring with a whisk.

    Gradually add orange juice plus chicken broth whisking until blended.
