  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups turkey or chicken broth
  • 1 ounce of tequila
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of lime zest
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

    Melt butter in saucepan over medium-high heat.

    Add flour, stirring with a whisk.

    Gradually add turkey or chicken broth, tequila, and lime juice; whisking until blended.

    Cook for 2-3 minutes until gravy is thick, stirring constantly.
