Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 cup of pomegranate vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of seaweed powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Directions

  • 1
    Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until you have a well-combined dressing.

    Pour the mixture into a container with a lid and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve. This dressing will remain fresh for 3 to 4 days if refrigerated correctly.

    You can use rice vinegar instead of pomegranate.

    You don’t need to let the blueberries thaw to prepare this dressing.
