There's nothing I like more during these warm spring and summer days than a refreshing crunchy salad made with my favorite vegetables. And to give my salads a bit of taste, there's nothing better than a homemade dressing. I could prepare and eat it everyday, not just because it's so easy to make, but also because of the garlic taste that enhances the salad's flavor. If you're garlic-lover and a salad-lover, this is the dressing for you.
