Ingredients

cup Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic blueberries

cup of pomegranate vinegar
1/2
cup of olive oil

teaspoon of seaweed powder

teaspoon of sea salt

teaspoon of ground black pepper

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until you have a well-combined dressing.

    Pour the mixture into a container with a lid and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve. This dressing will remain fresh for 3 to 4 days if refrigerated correctly.

Expert Tips

  • You can use rice vinegar instead of pomegranate.
  • You don’t need to let the blueberries thaw to prepare this dressing.
