Ingredients

cup cooked orzo pasta

cup cooked garbanzo beans, drained

tablespoons natural yogurt

teaspoon olive oil
6-7 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
4-5 black olives, sliced

tablespoon crumbled Feta cheese

stem green onion, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste

    Make sure to cook the pasta according to the package instructions without using salt or oil. When ready, drain and wash with cold water. Set aside.

    In a blender, combine the olive oil and yogurt with a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend well then set aside.

    To create the salad, add the remaining ingredients together with the pasta in a large bowl. Finally, dress with the prepared yogurt salsa and stir well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
