Licua en la licuadora a velocidad alta, los chiles sin el agua, jitomates, cebolla, ajo, 2 tazas de caldo. Cuela y guarda la salsa.

Calienta en una olla de 5 cuartos de galón a fuego medio alto el aceite. Agrega lo demás del caldo de pollo, las habas con el liquido en que se cosió, nopales, sal y cebolla. Cuece 10 minutos más. Adorna con cilantro y queso.
