Once cut, the bars can be stored to be enjoyed on their own or with yogurt.

Directions

  • 1 Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  • 2 In a big bowl, combine cereal, berries and peanuts.
  • 3 In a pot, heat up the honey and peanut butter and stir continuously until they mix well. Remove from heat and let cool a little.
  • 4 Pour honey and peanut butter mixture over dry cereal. Mix until you have a uniform mixture. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  • 5 Add mixture to greased baking pan and press down firmly. Let cool completely before cutting out into little bars.
