One of the many positive aspects of living in “the Big Apple,” New York, is that you don’t have to travel far to experience gastronomy from around the globe. Among the many aromas and flavors, one dish in particular caught my attention. When I saw executives in their charismatic business suites that were willing to risk ruining their attire forever with a substantial stain from a Texas-style hot dog, I understood that this food really was worth it. I decided to investigate a little and try different versions. The best ones, of course, are from the west, and today I’m sharing the recipe.
