This tequila and pomegranate punch is a very popular drink in Jalisco, Mexico. Some people mix it with hibiscus water, and some like to serve it cold with peanuts or nuts. Other people serve with chopped fruit.
I like the simple and hot variation. You’ll be amazed to know that my recipe only requires three main ingredients: pomegranate, sugar, and liquor, which in this case will be tequila. You can prepare it and serve it hot or put it in the fridge and serve it with ice the next day.
