Yogurt makes an excellent spread! Try it with some delicious fresh fruit for a colorful bruschetta.

Ingredients

  • 6 mini bagels, split
  • 8 oz fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 container (3.5 oz) Yoplait® Pro-Force™ strawberry blast yogurt

Directions

    Place bagels in toaster until lightly crusted. Cool 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place diced strawberries in medium bowl.
  • 2
    Spread 2 teaspoons yogurt on top of each mini bagel slice. Spoon about 2 tablespoons strawberries on top of yogurt on each. Serve immediately.
