Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 box (1 oz) unflavored gelatin (4 envelopes)
  • 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 containers (6 oz each) Greek Fat Free honey vanilla or Key lime yogurt
  • Liquid food colors

Directions

  • 1
In 2-quart saucepan, heat water to boiling; stir in gelatin until completely dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in condensed milk.
  • 2
In blender, place gelatin mixture and yogurt. Cover; blend until smooth. Divide mixture evenly among 4 medium bowls, about 1 1/2 cups each. Using 4 different colors, add food colors to create desired pastel shades. Pour into 4 ungreased 9x5-inch loaf pans. Cover; refrigerate about 2 hours or until set.
  • 3
To unmold, dip bottom of each loaf pan into warm water about 30 seconds. Turn upside down onto cutting board. Using 2-inch cutters, cut about 6 shapes from each pan. Store in refrigerator.
