This pizza has won me over with its simplicity and flavor, the combination of spin-ach and garlic with the different cheeses is delicious. I definitely recommend it and invite you to prepare this tasty pizza as an appetizer when you have guests or for lunch during the week, like we did. There are kids that don’t eat green vegetables, so I kept them in mind when prepar-ing this pizza as a way to get them to enjoy eating spinach. Hopefully they’ll be tempted to try it because with kids it’s always a little tricky. To save time I prepared this spinach, garlic and shrimp pizza using Pillsbury™ ready-to-bake pizza dough. Just add the toppings and set in the oven!

Expert Tips

  • tip 1
Today I added spinach, mozzarella cheese and Monterey Jack, but it’s just one idea. If you don’t like it you can add other cheeses or use bacon instead of shrimp.
