Ingredients

(8-in) Old El Paso™ whole wheat tortillas for burritos

teaspoons butter

cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or more, to taste)
1/2
cup pizza sauce
1
cup pepperoni, finely sliced

    Warm a large frying pan over medium heat. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.

    Spread 1 teaspoon butter on a tortilla. Set in the frying pan and cover with a uniform layer of half the shredded cheese, pizza sauce and pepperonis. Cover with another tortilla.

    Cook for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the outside of the tortilla is slightly golden brown. Repeat the same steps to make the other pizzadilla.

    Serve immediately with more pizza sauce on the side, if desired.

  • For a more complete meal, add veggies to the pizza such as sliced onion, olives, mushrooms, or your favorite ingredient!
