Panko Breaded Pork Chops

Panko Breaded Pork Chops

Add these panko breaded pork chops to your table. Usually, my family only makes pork when we have special family celebrations, and these pork chops look so good and are so delicious that they’re now one of our favorite dishes. Panko is a breadcrumb that is a bit bigger than the traditional one, so it gives you a super crunchy crust. Panko also tastes great with herbs and other seasonings, like the ones we use in this recipe. I hope you like it. MORE + LESS -

Expert Tips

  • If you don’t have parsley, you can use cilantro or basil.
  • If you want juicier pork chops, cover them with the milk and let them rest for a couple of hours in the fridge before doing the breading.
