One very refreshing drink that I enjoy is made with mango juice, coconut water, lemon, sugar, mint and ice. Whenever I prepare cocktails for adults I always like to have an alternative option for the children and anyone that may not drink alco-hol.
The mojito can be easily converted into a non-alcoholic beverage by simply omitting the rum. This mango and coconut mojito recipe is a delicious option for children or anyone that doesn’t drink alcohol.
