Mandarin Mojito

One of my favorite juices is mandarin juice. Whenever I drink it I'm reminded of my mom, because she used make it at least twice a week in Colombia. It's the juice I always order at restaurants when I visit Medellin. Since I was little, my favorite way to enjoy mandarins is to eat them freshly peeled; the aroma of this fruit makes me happy, and whenever I miss my country or feel sad, I try to eat or drink something with mandarin to lift my mood and bring me good memories. This refreshing mojito is prepared with mandarin juice and a few other refreshing ingredients. It's a delicious cocktail that I promise will raise your spirits whenever you're feeling down. Ingredients

cup mandarin juice

tablespoons fresh lemon juice

tablespoons sugar, or to taste

oz mint leaves

cup sparkling water
1/2
cup rum, or to taste
Ice to taste

Expert Tips

  • To make this drink without alcohol, simply replace the rum with mineral water.
