Just a few days ago I came across a fruit called jackfruit and I immediately began investigating its best uses.
It occurred to me to prepare this jackfruit pizza and was then able to confirm that its flavor and texture was a lot like artichoke. In this case, I used canned green jackfruit, but you can find this canned ripe jackfruit.
By mixing pieces of jackfruit, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and garlic, you create a delicious sauce to go with Pillsbury® pizza crust. You can add a few slices of tomato on top to enhance the flavor.
