Preparing homemade pizza is a fun way of sharing some time with your kids now that they're on vacation. I'm sure that they'll enjoy eating it by the pool with their friends. Become inspired and prepare this delicious vegetable pizza with them. Even if your kids are not fans of veggies, I know they'll enjoy this pizza! MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

cans (13.8-oz) Pillsbury™ classic refrigerated pizza crust

cups shredded mozzarella cheese

roasted red pepper, cut into thin strips

to 16 cherry tomatoes, halved
4
ounces goat cheese, optional
1
cup cooked broccoli flowers
1 1/2
cup pasta sauce with basil

    Preheat the oven to 400°F. You'll need two cookie sheets.

    Sprinkle the sheets with cooking spray or grease with a bit of oil or butter.

    Unroll the dough and carefully apply pressure to give the dough shape. Go from the middle of the dough outward.

    If you want thin crust pizza, just use a rolling pin to stretch out the dough until you achieve the thickness you want.

    Place the dough in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven to add sauce, mozzarella cheese and vegetables. Finish off with goat cheese.

    Place back in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the dough has browned.

Expert Tips

  • Feel free to add mushrooms, onion, garbanzos, black olives, chopped boiled egg and anchovies or pieces of chicken.
