Ingredients

  • 8 waffles, refrigerated or homemade
  • 1 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

Directions

  • 1
    With a large cookie cutter, cut out waffles in the shape of a pumpkin.
  • 2
    Use a knife to cut out the shape of eyes and a nose in 4 of the waffles.

    Combine cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • 4
    Add 4 spoonfuls of the cream cheese filling in the center of each of the 4 waffles without eyes and nose. Cover with the waffles that have eye and nose cutouts.

    You can garnish with a little cinnamon powder.

    Serve and have fun!

    For a sweeter flavor, combine the cream cheese with a little dulce de leche.
