These granola, yogurt and blueberry bars are one of the simplest and most delicious snacks you can have to get an energy boost. You can have them at any time of day: and they’re an ideal dessert for your children’s lunchboxes. Of course, adults can also enjoy this delicious snack. Pack a few bars and take them with you!

  • 3 tablespoons Yoplait® Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons blueberries
  • 6 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 6 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons honey

For the glaze:

  • 1 tablespoon Yoplait® Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

    Preheat the oven to 350° F.

    In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons Yoplait® Greek yogurt, the cranberries, oatmeal, granola, coconut oil and honey.

    Pour this mix into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Press with a spatula so you get an even layer.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Then, let it cool down and cut the bars with a knife.

    Prepare the glaze by cooking the Greek yogurt with the sugar until you get a thick mixture.

    Spread it over the bars and put them in the fridge until the glaze gets hard.
