Fried Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables

Asian food is one of my favorites and also one of the most popular varieties in the United States. The best part of this cuisine is the variety it offers and its use of different ingredients that together create delicious dishes. With the help of a wok, I have decided to prepare some delicious fried noodles with squash and carrots. Yummy! It's very quick and easy to prepare, so preparing this recipe is even more tempting.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Chinese noodles
  • 1/2 cube of chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 garlic, finely chopped
  • 12 ozs chicken breast, in chunks
  • 1 squash, washed and julienned
  • 1 carrot washed, peeled and julienned
  • Soy sauce, to taste

Directions

    Cook the noodles as per the instructions. In general, they should be cooked in a medium pot with boiling water, chicken broth and salt to taste for about 2 minutes. Remove the water and add cold water for 1 minute. Strain the water.

    In a saucepan, preheat 1 tablespoon of oil and the garlic. Then brown the chicken. When the chicken is cooked, add the squash and carrots. Mix well.

    Pour the rest of the oil in the saucepan and add the noodles. Mix the ingredients well and add soy sauce to taste. Fry for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
