Pan Stir Fry Noodles

Stir fry noodle recipes are now part of a new popular recipe trend. Mixing all of the ingredients into only one pan or skillet is a fabulous idea, not only because it saves time, but also because we can prepare delicious dishes like this one. Combine any type of pasta with your favorite veggies, and enjoy a delicious and simple dish. Add a personal touch by seasoning it with your favorite spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 7 oz. noodles (spaghetti or any noodles you want)
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup spinach

Directions

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Add the tomatoes and mushrooms, and sauté them in oil to soften a bit.

    Mix the noodles in and cover with broth.
  • 4
    Add salt to taste and cover the pan.
  • 5
    When the noodles are almost ready and the liquid has evaporated, add the spinach.

    Serve hot with some parmesan cheese on top.

Expert Tips

  • Use your favorite vegetables when preparing. You can even add chicken or minced meat.
