How to Make Flan
Peruvian Arroz con Pollo
Double-Cheese, Spinach and Chicken Pizza

package (14 oz) prebaked original Italian pizza crust (12 inch)
cup shredded Havarti cheese (4 oz)
cups washed fresh baby spinach leaves (from 10-oz bag)
cup diced rotisserie or other cooked chicken
cup chopped drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz jar)
teaspoon garlic salt
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Heat oven to 425°F. Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet.
Top with Havarti cheese, spinach, chicken, bell peppers, garlic salt and Cheddar cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Why not buy bags of fresh spinach and shredded cheese? All the hard work is already done. By the way, you can use most any type of cheese in place of Havarti.
