With summer still upon us, I’m always looking for different ways to eat fresh and crisp without getting bored. The classic fruit crisp is made with a strudel or crumb topping, usually made of oatmeal. Well I decided that this year I was going to try topping it with something offbeat and different: Cheerios™! The great thing about replacing oatmeal with Cheerios™ (besides the yummy taste) is that it’s a good way to get fiber and whole grain in your family’s diet.
To give this dish a summer-inspired flair, I used peaches because I feel they go really well with Cheerios™!
