With summer approaching, we started improving our eating habits to get us ready for swimsuit season. We’ve added more fruits and veggies to our meals and started a daily exercise routine. I walk my son to school everyday and start my mornings off with a fruit and veggie smoothie. But there's one treat I just can't remove from my life: s'mores! So I've decided to create a more nutritional version by adding berries to it!
