  • 4 heaping cups of diced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 6 cups water, divided
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon, juice

    Empty the fruit, two cups of water and sugar into a blender and mix until the papaya is dissolved and you have a thick, silky mixture.

    Strain into a pitcher then add the other four cups of water, lemon juice and stir.

    Serve with ice or put it in the refrigerator for a few hours to cool.

    You can use sliced pieces of fruit or mint leaves to decorate your agua fresca pitcher or individual glasses.
