Precalienta el horno a 400°F. Rocía con spray para cocinar un molde para horno de 15x10.

En un plato hondo pon el aderezo. En otro mezcla el pan molido, la mezcla para panquecitos, la paprika y la pimienta. Remoja el pollo primero en el aderezo y luego ponlo sobre la mezcla con el pan molido a que se cubra completamente. Quita el exceso. Coloca las piezas de pollo con el hueso abajo en el molde para horno. Rocía con spray para cocinar el pollo, ligeramente.

Hornea de 30 a 35 minutos o hasta que el jugo del pollo se vea claro y cuando insertando un termómetro en la parte más gruesa junto al hueso lea 170°F en la pechuga del pollo y 180°F en las otras piezas.
