Precalienta la parrilla de gas o de carbón. En una cacerola de 1 cuarto de galón, mezcla las frambuesas en conserva, el jugo de lima, el chile y la salsa de adobo. Calienta a fuego bajo, revolviendo de cuando en cuando, hasta que se fundan las frambuesas. Añade revolviendo el cilantro; aparta. Espolvorea el pollo con el ajo-pimienta, el comino y la sal.

Coloca el pollo en la parrilla. Tapa; asa a fuego medio de 15 a 20 minutos, volteando el pollo una o dos veces y untando con un cepillo la mitad del glaseado durante los 2 últimos minutos de asado, hasta que el jugo del pollo esté claro en el centro al cortar la parte más gruesa (170°F).

Calienta el glaseado restante hasta que hierva; déjalo hervir y revuelve por 1 minuto. Sirve el pollo con el glaseado y las frambuesas frescas.
