Precalienta el horno a 350°F. Corta la grasa de las chuletas. Haz una ‘bolsa’ en cada chuleta, cortando en el lado hacia el hueso.

En una sartén de 12 pulgadas para horno, calienta el aceite a fuego medio. Agrega la cebolla, los champiñones y el ajo; cocina unos 4 minutos o hasta que la cebolla esté blanda. Añade media taza del caldo, las migas de pan y el perejil; retira del fuego

Llena la bolsa de cada chuleta con 1/3 de mezcla de champiñones; asegura con palillos. Calienta el aceite en el mismo sartén para horno a fuego medio; devuelve las chuletas rellenas a ese sartén y fríelas durante 6 minutos; voltéalas una vez; añade la media taza restante de caldo de pollo.

Tapa la sartén. Mételo en el horno y hornéalo por 1 hora o hasta que estén suaves las chuletas. Retira los palillos antes de servir.
