Precalienta el horno a 300°F. Rocía con spray para cocinar un molde de 9 pulgadas de diámetro estilo desmoldable (springform, especial para pastel de queso). Coloca la galleta molida en el fondo del molde (no en los lados, solo la parte inferior de lo que será el pastel de queso)

En un plato hondo mediano, bate el queso crema con batidora eléctrica a velocidad media hasta que este suave. Agrega 2/3 de taza de azúcar y los huevos; bate a velocidad media durante 2 minutos o hasta que la mezcla se vea suave e incorporada. Agrega el yogurt y la harina; bate a velocidad baja hasta que la mezcla esté incorporada. Vacía la mezcla sobre la cubierta de chocolate (del paso1).

Hornea de 1 hora 15 minutos a 1 hora 25 minutos o hasta que el cheesecake este firme a 1 1/2 pulgadas de la orilla y el centro este un poco menos firme. (No introduzcas un cuchillo en el centro porque la perforación puede ocasionar que el pastel de queso se agriete.)
