Coloca en el procesador de alimentos 1 taza de caraotas negras, huevo, cebolla, ajo, jalapeño, pimienta, sal y el cilantro seco. Procesa a velocidad media hasta que todos los ingredientes estén bien combinados.

Transfiere la mezcla a un tazón mediano y agrega la taza restante de caraotas negras y el pan molido (migas). Mezcla con ayuda de una cuchara de madera.
