If you don’t like wheat flour, use regular flour.

Directions

  • 1 Cover one side of the tortilla with a uniform layer of cream cheese. Add the applesauce over the cream cheese and sprinkle with cinnamon. Fold the tortilla in half.
  • 2 Cover a pan over medium heat in cooking spray and place the folded tortilla in it. Cook the quesadilla for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 3 Serve on a dish and let cool a bit before cooking. Serve with Mott’s™ Fruit Snacks to give the dish a fun touch.
