Directions

  • 1 Warm a large frying pan over medium heat. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 2 Spread 1 teaspoon butter on a tortilla. Set in the frying pan and cover with a uniform layer of half the shredded cheese, pizza sauce and pepperonis. Cover with another tortilla.
  • 3 Cook for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the outside of the tortilla is slightly golden brown. Repeat the same steps to make the other pizzadilla.
  • 4 Serve immediately with more pizza sauce on the side, if desired.
