Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender buds
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried mint
  • 1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc wine
  • 1 ripe nectarine, seeded and sliced into wedges
  • 2 ripe apples, seeded and sliced into wedges
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 cup club soda

Directions

    In a small sauce pan bring water and sugar to boil; until sugar completely dissolves.

    Add dried lavender and mint, remove from heat and steep for 30 minutes; strain.

    In a large pitcher combine wine, fruits and lavender-mint simple syrup; mix well.

    Place pitcher in fridge for 1 hour. When ready to serve stir in club soda and serve over ice.
