This winter, surprise your family with this delicious warm apple pie smoothie. Did you know that smoothies can be served warm, too? During the cold winter months, a warm smoothie is like a big warm hug in a cup. Warm smoothies are usually thicker and creamier, so to get that smooth, velvety texture, I like to add some oatmeal and/or cornstarch. It’s difficult to resist this sweet temptation when you pair it with comforting desserts like apple pie.
