Toss a colorful veggie combo in minutes and dress it Italian-style.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots, shredded (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 small zucchini, shredded (1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup fat-free Italian dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    In medium glass or plastic bowl, mix all ingredients. Refrigerate any remaining salad no longer than 48 hours.
