Celebrate the arrival of the Three Kings by baking festive mini jam-filled cupcakes with the kids. Tinted in the colors of the season and filled with jam, these tiny treats are scrumptious!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • Food coloring in green, purple and yellow, as needed
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Sprinkles, as needed (purple, green and yellow)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2
    Spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Prepare cake mix as directed on package.

    Evenly divide batter into three bowls and add food coloring to each bowl to tint batter. Drop batter into mini muffin pan by the tablespoon and bake for 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Remove from oven, allow to cool in pan for 2 minutes then remove to cool completely. Once mini cupcake have cooled, cut out a small hole in each cupcake and add 1 teaspoon of jam in the center, then replace cut-out piece.

    Frost each cupcake and decorate with sprinkles.

    Serve and enjoy!
