Do you like burgers? Here’s an alternative that will leave you wanting to repeat it every time you feel the urge to roast or barbeque. Ingredients

tenderloin steaks (6 ounces each) (filet mignon)
Salt and pepper to taste

slices of cheese, of your choice

slices of ham
4
hamburger buns
1
roasted bell pepper
Chimichurri sauce, optional
Cooking spray

    Season the steaks with salt and pepper and spray a little bit of cooking spray on a grill. Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve on a hamburger bun with cheese, ham, chimichurri sauce and roasted red pepper.

Expert Tips

  • You can substitute your filet for sirloin steak, beefsteak or chicken breast.
  • Do not overcook the meat or it will have a burnt taste.
