Smoothies and juices are very popular right now, but they’re more than a trend. They’re the perfect way to get your daily intake of necessary fruits and vegetables. Additionally, they make it easier to digest those nutrients. I would like to share one of my favorite smoothie recipes. It has the added benefit of being popular with the kids, it’s a great way to get them to eat their fruits and veggies!
