teaspoon Sriracha sauce

cup mayonnaise
1/2
pound shrimp, cooked

scallions

lettuce leaves

cup shredded cheese
Lemon juice, salt, oil

    Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl.

    Set aside 4 shrimp for decorating, then cut the rest of them into small pieces. Cut the lettuce into strips and cut the onions into slices.

    In a bowl combine the shrimp, onions, lettuce, fresh cheese. Season with salt, lemon and oil.

    To assemble, place a layer of mayonnaise with sriracha on each toastada and then a layer of shrimp salad.

    Garnish with whole shrimp and a little sriracha sauce.

  • Assemble the tostadas just before serving so they remain crunchy.
