Ingredients

  • 16 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
  • Salt, as desired
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup diced cheddar cheese
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • 5 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • Pepper, as desired

Directions

    Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions; drain well and set aside.

    In small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cream; mix well.

    In large bowl, combine the pasta with the ham, cheese, carrot, onion, olives, egg and bell pepper; mix well. Add mayonnaise mixture and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
