BBQ pork ribs are a delicious North American classic. It doesn't matter what seasoning you use because they always come out tender and delicious. In this occasion I marinated them with pineapple juice to give them a more tropical taste. The result was as delicious as I expected.

Ingredients

  • 3 racks of pork ribs
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 5 garlic cloves, mashed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • 1
Season the ribs with salt and pepper, place the ribs inside of a gallon zip lock bag or in a large plate.
  • 2
Mix the pineapple juice, sugar, rice vinegar and mashed garlic in a bowl. Pour into the bag and close it, then let marinate for 1-2 hours.
  • 3
Remove the ribs from the mixture and save the liquid. Turn on the grill on high.
  • 4
Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on each side. Use a brush to moisten with the marinade occasionally.

Expert Tips

  • You can add BBQ sauce if you like.
  • Don't over cook the meat to prevent it from being dry and hard.
