Peel oranges and set aside.

Cut and core apples.

Remove the seeds.

Peel off hard shell of tamarind pod, then devein.

Place large pot over medium low flame.

Add all ingredients into pot.

Place a lid on pot and let it boil/simmer for 3 to 4 hours.

Serve hot and enjoy!
Expert Tips
When you peel the oranges, make sure you remove the pith to avoid a bitter flavor.
