At home I prepare it with a lettuce and tomato salad, but it can also be served with potato salad, mashed potatoes, pasta, coleslaw, cucumbers, eggs and anything else you like. This recipe is so versatile that if you have leftovers, which you probably will, you can prepare delicious whole-wheat sandwiches with cucumbers, red pepper, lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Enjoy! Ingredients

Juice from 2 lemons

cups of peach nectar

garlic cloves, mashed

smoked ham (approximately 10 lbs)

tablespoons of honey mustard
1/2
cup of brown sugar
Salt and pepper

small cans of pre-sliced peaches

Directions

    Boil the lemon juice, peach nectar and mashed garlic in a pot over low heat.

    Cover the ham in the mustard and sugar.

    Place in a baking dish.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Cover the ham with the lemon mixture and surround with peaches.

    Wet with the juice every 20 minutes.

    Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Serve.

  • Serve the baked ham on a tray, cut in slices and drenched in the liquid it was cooked in.
