Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 2 cups Lucky Charms™ cereal, more to garnish

Directions

    In a pot, add butter, sugar, milk, cocoa and salt. Let boil for 1 minute. Remove pot from heat.

    Use a wooden spoon to add peanut butter and vanilla extract. Add oats.

    Add Lucky Charms™ and stir in.
  • 4
    Use a spoon to add the mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Garnish the cookies with remaining cereal.

    Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until they are firm and ready.
