Ingredients

  • 2 cups kiwi, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • Rum, to taste
  • 4 cups crushed ice
  • 2 cups raspberries, chopped

Directions

    In a blender, place the kiwi, 1/4 cup sparkling water, 2 tablespoons honey, 4 mint leaves, rum and 2 cups crushed ice. Thoroughly blend.

    Divide and pour the kiwi mojito mix into 4 glasses, filling up each glass halfway.

    Rinse the blender the add the raspberries, 1/4 cup sparkling water, 2 tablespoons honey, 4 mint leaves, rum and 2 cups crushed ice. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour the berry mojito mix over the kiwi mojito.

    Add the remaining mint leaves and serve immediately.

    To prepare a mocktail version of this mojito, omit the rum and add more sparkling water.
