Sangria is a refreshing alcoholic beverage traditional in Spain and generally prepared with wine, fresh fruit, liquor and ice cubes. It’s usually served in a see-through jar to display the fruits used. Sangria is typically made with red wine and that’s where it gets its name (in Spanish, sangre means blood, resembling the color of the drink). You can also prepare it with white wine, called white sangria. Today I’d like to share with you an alcohol-free sangria recipe that’s suitable for adults and kids alike. It’s a great option to serve with a brunch or a festive lunch. The presentation of your sangria is essential, especially if you have little kids: the colorful fruits will appeal to their senses and they’ll want a sip for sure! Salud!
